Refund Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

The short version

If you're not happy with a paid subscription, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Renewals and later billing periods follow the conditions below.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every new paid subscription (Plus, Care, Clinic and Practice, and any earlier plan still being billed) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of your first successful charge for that plan:

  • Request within 14 days → full refund of that charge, no justification required.
  • Applies once per plan per customer — re-subscribing later does not restart the guarantee.
  • Free-trial plans: the 14 days start when the trial converts to a paid charge, not at signup.

2. Renewals and Later Periods

After the first 14 days, charges for subsequent billing periods are generally non-refundable, with these exceptions:

  • Accidental renewal: if a renewal charge lands within 72 hours of your refund request and you haven't materially used the Service in the new period, we'll refund it.
  • Extended outage or defect: if a fault on our side made a core paid feature unusable for a significant part of a billing period, we'll refund or credit that period pro-rata.
  • Annual plans: within the first 30 days of an annual charge we'll refund pro-rata for the unused months, less the standard monthly price for time already used.

3. What Cancellation Does (vs. a Refund)

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund. When you cancel:

  • You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Your account then moves to the Free plan — your data is preserved.
  • You can resubscribe at any time.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use the Help section in your dashboard.
  • Include the approximate charge date; no reason is required for first-charge refunds.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the provider that processed the charge (Stripe, Whop or Paystack), typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Organization & Institutional Billing

Subscriptions billed through an organization (employer, clinic, or insurer coverage) follow that organization's agreement with us rather than this consumer policy. Contact your organization administrator or our support team.

6. Things This Policy Doesn't Cover

  • Charges older than the windows described above.
  • Fees charged by third parties (e.g., your bank's currency-conversion fees).
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you have in your country of residence. Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
